Meet our founder and CEO
Lee David Evans

Lee founded Edfolio with a simple mission: to help the UK's 5 million managers improve their skills for the benefit of themselves, their teams and their organisations. Prior to beginning his career in education and skills, Lee graduated with a degree in Politics, Psychology & Sociology from the University of Cambridge and an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Sheffield. He holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and is a Chartered Fellow of the CMI, as well as a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

Who is this online course for?

This course is for anybody who wants to be more productive at work. It could be that you're a team leader or supervisor; perhaps you run a small business and have a few staff; or maybe you're part of a team and want to shine. The key thing is that you're willing to try our four step framework and want to get more done each and every day. 

How do I access the course?

Once you enrol, we will send you a confirmation email to welcome you on the course and confirm your start date. You will also receive login details to our Learning System. At Edfolio, we use the LearnWorlds platform as we've found it the best one for us and - more importantly - those who learn with us.

Are there any tests or assessments involved?

As you work your way through the units, we encourage you to make "Reflection Notes". This is a dedicated space where you can jot down what you are taking away from each unit and how you want to apply that at work. We'll make these available for you as an action plan to apply your new skills in the workplace.

What happens if I'm not satisfied?

We hope you love our courses, but if for any reason you find it isn't for you, just let us know within 14 days of your course beginning and we'll give you a refund. We won't ask any questions or quibble over the refund, but if you are able to provide us with some feedback so we can continue to improve our course, we would be grateful.
