About us.

edfolio takes a different approach to professional development, because we don't believe 'one size fits all' approaches get the best out of us as learners. Instead, we believe everyone's educational portfolio - or 'edfolio', for short - should be different. It's what makes you unique. And us, for that matter.

Who we are.

edfolio was founded in 2021 to provide innovative training for leaders and managers across the UK. From our base in Oxfordshire, we offer a range of services including skills scans, bespoke training, mentoring and book clubs.

Why we exist.

We have a problem in the UK. Too many people believe that education stops at 16, 18 or 21. But if we're to be a country where more people succeed, it's going to take lifelong learning - learning that grows our skills, gives us new confidence, and increases productivity.
edfolio is here to provide accessible, engaging and quality professional development.

What makes us unique.

edfolio programmes are designed to help you develop your knowledge, skills and understanding in a way that works for you. For some people, that means a traditional course. For others, it might mean a book club, or monthly mentoring. Whatever makes up your educational portfolio ('edfolio'), we make sure you always know what you're learning, why it matters and how these skills will help you succeed. And because we think being able to do things is better than simply knowing about them, we've sidelined the theoretical models and focused instead on practical outcomes.
